About the Corporation
|
The Albury-Wodonga Corporation is an Australian Government agency which operates as a major property owner and manager in the Albury-Wodonga region. Over 30 years the Corporation has produced more than 6000 residential blocks and 6 fully serviced industrial estates.
The Corporation has discontinued its previous role as a land developer and is now concentrating on the disposal of its property assets in an orderly manner by around 2015 providing investment opportunities for private sector property developers. It is proposed to ultimately wind up the Corporation.
The Corporation still has a number of developed residential lots from its previous land development activities available for sale. These lots are situated in quality housing estates in Albury and Wodonga. Developed industrial lots are also available.
The Albury-Wodonga Corporation's activities are carried out in accordance with the Albury-Wodonga Development Act 1973.
